Referral program rules
In force from November 3, 2026, updated on November 6, 2026 (rewards shipped to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States). These rules apply to pre-orders placed with a referrer's link or code on our English page (beatrootdrum.com/2027-series/), our French page (beatroot.fr/Campagne-Serie-2027/) and our German page (beatroot.fr/Campagne-Serie-2027/de/).
1. Organizer
ACSE (Beat Root), a French limited company (SARL) with a share capital of €8,000, registered with the Besançon Trade and Companies Register under no. 802 133 249, 15 rue de la Faye, 25770 Serre-les-Sapins, France. Contact: chloe@beatrootdrum.com.
2. Who can refer
- Customer referrer: anyone with a paid pre-order on one of these pages. Their link and code are created automatically.
- Affiliate: any adult without a pre-order who has signed up in the referral space and accepted these rules.
Everyone gets a personal link and a personal code, to share freely with their friends, family and audience, within the law (no unsolicited bulk messages, no misleading advertising).
3. The referred person
A referred person is anyone other than the referrer who places a pre-order on one of these pages with the referrer's link or code. One code per pre-order. A pre-order placed with the referrer's own email address is not a referral. A pre-order shipped to the same address as the referrer may be checked by us.
4. Confirmation
A referral is confirmed 15 days after payment of the pre-order, provided it has not been canceled in the meantime (cancellation period). Referrers follow their referrals anonymously in their space: we never share the identity of the people they referred.
5. Rewards
- Customer referrer: the carrying case is on us from the first confirmed referral, once. If you have already bought it, we refund €39. Then a Beat Root with its carrying case is on us for every four confirmed referrals (4, 8, 12…), to keep or to give.
- Affiliate: a Beat Root with its carrying case is on us for every five confirmed referrals (5, 10, 15…). An affiliate who places a pre-order becomes a customer referrer: the referrals already counted are kept, and the customer rules apply from then on.
You choose the finish and the tuning (440 Hz or 432 Hz) of the free Beat Root in your referral space. It is made and shipped after the pre-orders, to the address of your choice in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada or the United States. Shipping, customs duties and import taxes are paid by Beat Root: you pay nothing on delivery. Rewards cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash, except for the refund of a carrying case already bought.
6. Duration
The referral program continues after the end of the campaign on December 31, 2026, for pre-orders at the retail price. Beat Root may change or end it by announcing it on this page; rewards already earned remain due.
7. Abuse
Any fraud (fake orders, self-referral, repeatedly canceled orders, unsolicited bulk messages) leads to the cancellation of the rewards concerned and the deactivation of the code.
8. Affiliates and advertising disclosure
An affiliate who promotes Beat Root in exchange for a reward must say so clearly to their audience, for example with “#ad — partnership with Beat Root”, as required by the advertising rules of their country.
9. Personal data
To run the referral program, we process the first name, the email address, the channels given by the affiliate and the anonymous list of referred people, for the duration of the program and then for 3 years at most. Signing in to the space uses a strictly necessary cookie. Your rights and the details of how we process data: privacy.
